We stayed for four nights and could hardly sleep well because the mattress was too soft—it was of one-star quality, yet they charged five-star prices. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. After coming back, my girlfriend and I had severe back pain. I will definitely never choose this hotel again.

Was for a business event in Kathmandu - busy schedule. Marriott is a super hotel : sizeable rooms to also get some work done in the evening. Food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. No need to look for restaurants outside the hotel! And also not too far from the airport.

It is the best hotel in Kathmandu along with the recently opened Hilton Hotel, and both the club lounge and breakfast are excellent. The only downside is that it is a 20-minute walk from Thamel Street, but it has many other advantages, so it is a hotel that I highly recommend.

The service is very good and the hotel environment is great value for money. I often stay in hotels but rarely comment, but when I checked out at the front desk early in the morning, a birthday cake suddenly appeared in front of me, which was a big surprise! Must give it a full five-star rating!
